Charlotte Tea Party Headquarters

All your questions...answered!

What is next?

We're forming a permanent, grass-roots, organization to bring fiscally conservative values back to Charlotte and the surrounding area.  We're going to attend County Commission and City Council meetings to let our voices be heard.  Voter registration, community involvement....anything to get our name out there and to educate people about our values.

How can I help?

Invite people to join us!  Write letters to the editors of area newspapers telling them about how you feel about the out of control spending (for letter ideas, check out Forum--->April 15 Tea Party--->Help?).  Write letters and emails to your County Commissioner and City Council members!  The key is to GET INVOLVED.  If we sit in front of the TV bemoaning our situation for the next 4 years, then nothing will be accomplished, and the Tea Party will have been a flash in the pan.  We must get involved.  Join the Young Republicans, Young Democrats, or Young Libertarians.  Deliver food to the sick and infirm.  Volunteer at your child's school.  Make a difference in YOUR world!

Is there a mailing list?  Sign me up!

The "mailing list" is anyone who signs up for this website.  So sign up, it's free, and you'll receive occasional email blasts detailing all of the new developments!

What about the Fourth of July?

We're planning a huge event for the 4th!  Food, music, booths with information on ways to get involved...maybe even some Revolutionary War re-enactors!  Get ready for a fun afternoon.  Don't worry, it'll be over in plenty of time to get to the fireworks!

Welcome

Hey brother, can you spare a dime?

Please help us keep the ball rolling!
