Hi. I am Jeff Austin Caldwell County coordinator for Campaign for Liberty and your name was given to me by Pat Armstrong as a potential contact in the health care field. We are planning a Constitution Celebration in September and have invited several speakers for the event. One of the areas we want covered is the health care issue. Right now I have Kathryn Serkes
