Okay, folks, I changed my mind. I'm not going to post the details in the Blog section, I'm going to leave that for, well, blogs. I'll post the details of the event here, as they get finalized. Date: 15 April 2009 Time: 2:00-4:00 Location: The lawn at City Hall 600 E. Trade Street Charlotte, NC 28201 http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=600+east+trade+street+charlotte&um=1&ie=UTF-8&split=0&gl=us&ei=dCm3SbfhJNWDtwfRseG7CQ&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&resnum=1&ct=title Guest Speakers: TBA Parking: TBA Everything else is up to you! I'd suggest wearing something patriotic, or colonial (how about if everyone shows up in tricorn hats! Haha!), or just plain comfortable, as it may be warm outside. This is going to be a fun event, so maybe bring some teabags with little American flag labels or something. Be creative and have fun with it! I'd encourage lots of flags; "Don't Tread On Me", "Sons of Liberty", "Guilford Courthouse", "Betsy Ross", and"" "Old Glory" will all be right at home at our rally! Any suggestions or questions, please post them up here!

The latest is that many are meeting at the Observer building and will march onward to City Hall....I haven't read that on this site (I may be missing it) I think it is a great idea and if this is the plan we should spread the word and gather as many to march as possible.
