Charlotte Tea Party Headquarters

The Charlotte Tea Party reached a significant milestone today!

While hundreds of Charlotte Tea Party members made the trek to Washington DC to participate in the massive rally held there today, the CharlotteTeaParty.org site signed up its 1000th member!

1000 people have taken the step to get involved, stay informed, and make a difference in our local area.

1000 people have gotten off the couch and gotten into the struggle to save this country from the direction it is going.

1000 people have decided that enough is enough!

Good Morning Fellow Tea Partyers!

Drove to DC Thurs. night and met a million friends for Tea on Saturday.  For those of you that could not make the party, I hope that you check out Youtube, Facebook, Blogs, etc. to see what happened. 

Not only was it a peaceful demonstration, it was a spirited expression of the determined mindset of the people to turn the tide of a government that has overstepped its constitutional boundaries.

Not only did we hear speeched from the steps of the Capital, but all around us people were making speeches, informing, educatiing and encouraging one another.

Be prepared my fellow Tea Partyers, statists will be using every trick they have to negate us and the most amazing demonstration of the past decade.

Statists last week you called us "out."  Guess what?  WE'RE HERE!!!!

I've already seen posts on Twitter referring to "the manufactured protestors," "tea-bagging rioters" and such.

One by one we became a thousand.  People, including politicians, are paying attention to us.
